The item must ship to a confirmed address, NO EXCEPTIONS.  IF YOU INSIST ON USING AN UNCONFIRMED ADDRESS, BY DOING SO, YOU RELEASE TAGannon OF ANY AND ALL CLAIMS REGARDING THE DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEM.  Personal checks or USPS Money Orders are accepted as long as the ship to address matches the pre-printed address on the check and item is held up to 14 days for clearance.  

Shipping is Free on ESEE and Becker Knives. Note, free shipping is within the USA only.  Shipping is FOB, (Freight On Board) meaning, once your item has left my office, any/all claims for damaged or missing shipments are your responsibility.  Shipping on premium knives such as Behring and Randall and any other custom maker is $8.00 unless otherwise noted with the next to the price.   If you want your package insured, all you need to do is simply adjust your payment total when you are in , adding $15.00 to reflect the additional charge.  NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  Yes, that includes Canada.   

I take pride in describing my items very accurately and providing high quality photos.  If you have any questions, I will answer them quickly and honestly.  Therefore, when you make the decision to buy, it is a very educated decision and there will be no surprises upon the items arrival, making the likelihood of a return slim.  That being said, I also never want you to be unhappy with an item purchased from TAGannon.  If at any time you feel the knife you purchased is not living up to your expectations, feel free to return it.  All I ask is you first e-mail me with an explanation and to receive a Return Authorization number.  I do require that your return include full insurance, adequate packaging and signature confirmation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.  Warranty issues should be processed directly with the manufacturer.  Do not send warranty replacement or repairs to TAGannon.      

My handmade knives are lifetime guaranteed.  Your life or mine.  If a knife fails because of materials or workmanship, I will replace it.  If you chose to use your knife as a screwdriver, pry bar, hammer, boat anchor, tent stake, javelin, harpoon, manhole cover extractor or tomahawk, that won't be covered.

By purchasing a knife, the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that said knife will be used in a lawful manner. TAGannon assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use or handling of any product purchased from me. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal law in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased. TAGannon reserves the right to refuse sale without explanation.
